San Antonio

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law and their 4 kids came to visit over Christmas. We decided to meet them in San Antonio so we could see the Alamo and the River walk before bringing them back to our house. The night we arrived in San Antonio the weather was great but Emma wasn't feeling well so we didn't get to see much that night but did make it to the river walk and had dinner. It was pretty cool down there. It is literally a street following the river with restaurants and shops along the way. The next day when my in-laws met up with us the weather turned really cold. It had dropped 35 degrees over night and was very windy. We did go to the Alamo and then down to the River walk and ate at the Rainforest Cafe and ended up at Starbucks for some hot drinks to thaw us out because it was freezing. We will definitely have to go back when it is warmer.
