Roller Boy

Chase now rolls all over the place. Once I put him down on the floor on a blanket within minutes he has rolled off and across the room. He loves being on his tummy and now tries sleeping on it. This was one of my reasons I mentioned in my prior post that I was a worry wart about. I liked when I could control how he slept but he has a different idea. As soon as I put him on his back he flips over within in seconds. I can always catch him smiling for a picture. Looks like he might be a picture poser like his big sister Emma.

Chase's room

I have officially moved Chase in his room. I know that I kept him in the cradle in my room for a long time but our house has the master down and all the kids rooms upstairs so for lazy reasons and just because I am a worry wart I kept him in my room longer than I kept the girls. The first couple nights he woke up a few times but now he is getting used to it. I have been spoiled with him. He has been sleeping through the night anywhere between 8-10 hours since he was 6 weeks old so two bad nights shouldn't really warrant too much complaining. I still need a rug for his room and I want a life preserver to hang above the changing table but other than that it is pretty much done.

The Greatest Show on Earth

Last night we took the kids to the circus. This was their first time and they loved it. They both like the trapeze artists the best. They called them the swinging people. I thought the elephants were pretty cool. They could do handstands. Chase was so good he just sat on our laps sucking his thumb and watched the whole thing. What a good baby we have. We are so lucky!

Tetlow Family Reunion

Family Pictures

Last day of tube wars. Of course Alex and his brothers had to make the last few times count and try to knock each other off or make each other crash.

Everyone just hanging out after dinner.

We love our camper!
Playing at the beach. We could not get Emma out of the water. She loved it. This is such a difference from last summer when she was scared of the water.

We celebrated my nephew Steven's 12th birthday while we were there.

Noodle wars and hanging out. The kids used the water noodles as swords and loved to gang up on one person at a time to make their attack.

More tubing wars.

Smores!!

Playing at the park. Even in the big gross puddles of rainwater.

Alex's brother brought his boat. It is pretty big. We could take 13 on the boat and then we would also pull a bunch of people on tubes behind. Techincally we had more than we were supposed to but it was fun to see everyone on the tube and all the good crashes in the water. Basically Alex and his three older brothers are just a bunch of big kids that love to try to knock each other off the tubes. It was pretty funny.

Riding bikes!!

Costa Vida in Dallas for me. This is one of my favorite places to eat and I miss from AZ. The only one in Texas is near Dallas and happened to be on our way to our trip. Yay!!
Every summer Alex's family gets together for a reunion/camping trip. This year we met at a lake in Kansas. Since his family is spread out in different states we usually try to find somewhere in the middle to camp which is usually somewhere in the mid west. There are 13 cousins and they all have a blast every year playing. Here are some of the highlights.
