The Jonas Brothers Concert

The girls were invited to a friends birthday party which was going to The Jonas Brothers concert. There were 14 kids and 7 adults and it was perhaps the loudest concert I have ever been to due to the tween screaming. The girls had so much fun and Emma told me it was the best day of her whole life. It was so cute to watch them sing and try to do the dance moves form Camp Rock the movie that stars the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato who was also performing at this show.

First Day Of School

Paige started Kindergarten this year and Emma is in 1st. They both had a great first day and couldn't wait to ride the bus on the second day. Alex and I walked them to their classes first day to wish them luck and take pictures but they got to ride the bus the next day. Paige has been excited about riding the bus more than anything else.

Paige gets her ears pierced

It has been a lot of first for Paige over the last few weeks. She also decided she wanted her ears pierced. Alex and I agreed when the girls were born we would let them get it done when they asked and when they chose to do it. I had to wait a lot longer. I think I was 6th grade before I was allowed. So she decided since she was starting Kindergarten she wanted them done. She didn't cry one bit.

Paige loses her first tooth

All ready for the tooth fairy. Her tooth is tucked in the pocket of her tooth fairy pillow. Mine as well make it easier for the tooth fairy.

Paige has surgery

Paige had to have surgery on August 17th to have tubes put in and get her adenoids out and a sinus flush. She was nervous and excited. The told her she could bring a stuffed animal with her. The nurse took her puppy and prepped him for the surgery. Paige loved that. They gave her some medicine to help her relax before they took her back which made her kind of goofy. Look at her eyes in the last picture. She did really well and is so much better. She was really groggy and confused when she woke up but overall not too bad.

Dress Up

My kids love to play dress up. The girls play all of the time and Chase wants in on the action. Sad part was we didn't have any boy dress up clothes. Didn't seem to bother him to much. We now own some boys dress up clothes for him.

Cheer Camp

The girls take tumbling and they had a cheer camp they were offering so I signed them up.. They loved it and had a blast! They are such posers for pictures!!
