As some of you know I took a bunch of cake decorating classes when I moved to Wisconsin. I try to make a cake every once and awhile to make sure I don't forget how. They are a lot of work so I only make them for special occasions. Here is my latest I took to to a holiday party I went to on Friday. I think it turned out pretty good.
